Version info listed twice

The -V option now produces TWO lines of output.

And why does running with just that option require SUDO?

$: sudo /usr/local/sbin/rpi-clone -V
rpi-clone Version: 2.0.26

The -V option now produces TWO lines of output.

I added the version echo in last PR to write the version info all the time and missed this causes the version info to be written twice when option -V is used. Minor issue and should be fixed in next version.
