WMS Service from test fails - probably Python 3.12 related

Hi
I have installed GeoHealthCheck 0.9.0 locally following the installation process from the documentation. Then, I have performed the tests available in tests/run_tests.py to check that everything is working as expected before customising it.
However, I have found that the WMS service https://service.pdok.nl/lv/bag/wms/v2_0 in tests/data/fixtures.json is giving a false result. Is it something related with the service itself or is it another thing?

I provide the information you may need:

OS: Ubuntu 24.04LTS
Python versión 3.12.3

I also attach the log of the execution of python3 run test.py and the list of installed packages through pip freeze.

The error does not appear when run with Python 3.10. In the log a specific error may indicate an Python language (?) upgrade issue:

This has been reported at other places like labgem/PPanGGOLiN#268 . Fix was trivial:

    newtmpdir = tmpdir / "eval_partitions"

    if len(organisms) > chunk_size:
        - select_organisms = set(random.sample(set(organisms), chunk_size))
        + select_organisms = set(random.sample(list(organisms), chunk_size))
    else:
        select_organisms = set(organisms)

Problem was in wmsdrilldown.py#L66

            layer_name = random.sample(wms.contents.keys(), 1)[0]

MUST BE

            layer_name = random.sample(list(wms.contents.keys()), 1)[0]
