Check if the server is available - currently it is not (http://34.67.197.57:8585/sensorhub/api/), and if not skip the tests which are currently failing.
Also remove unused
NODE_TEST_OK_URL = 'http://34.67.197.57:8585/sensorhub/test'Temporary fix for #1013 until mock server responses can be added. Until then, the tests (and associated code) will be skipped unless the server is brought back online.
