[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow scroll-sync with a mismatch

### Description

I see a great adition in including a mode that allowed scrolling two (or several) panels at the same time but didn't force to view the files at the same position. This would be specially useful if panels showed the same file, thus being able to see double the lines (say 40-70 on one panel and 71-101 on the other).
