What's changed ?

This PR is another way to resolve #492 (option 1)
Since #494 (option 2) was not able to submit coverage report in PR build, see if this one could.

The build has passed, however.. see this line in PR build, it could not find the job 💥

But my fork build was able to, see this line.

Seems rather harmless to try. If it doesn't work, we can try again. Thanks @davidlatwe, I know this CI stuff can get really tedious and unpredictable.
