Seems rather harmless to try. If it doesn't work, we can try again. Thanks @davidlatwe, I know this CI stuff can get really tedious and unpredictable. |

This PR is another way to resolve #492 (option 1)
Since #494 (option 2) was not able to submit coverage report in PR build, see if this one could.
