Deprecate @sentry/utils

### Description

`@sentry/utils` package is deprecated with https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/pull/14431 in [8.41.0](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-react-native/pull/4325). @sentry/core should be used instead.

`makeFifoCache` is also deprecated on the same release.
