feat: Bump to Sentry Javascript V9

📜 Description

This PR bumps JavaScript to version V9 and also fixes any break changes found.
In short, normal users not experience any changes, as shown on the sample apps, there were no required changes for this bump.

Changes handled:

• feat(core)!: Remove deprecated Request type
• feat!: Remove metrics API from the JS SDK
• feat!: Remove enableTracing
• ref(core)!: Move shutdownTimeout option type from core to node
• feat(core): Deprecate spanId on propagationContext
• ref(core)!: Remove backwards compatible SentryCarrier type
• feat(core): Streamline SpanJSON type
• feat(core): Add inheritOrSampleWith helper to traceSampler

In regard to shutdownTimeout, we can keep it as an additional parameter or completely remove it if that is the plan.
