Plugins need to be manually updated individually.

Proposed solution

There should be a triggered or automated mechanism that will update all plugins based on comparing the current and upstream versions.

Example prompts or workflows

Case 1:
An organization hosts a plugin or plugin marketplace and wants to ensure users are using up to date tools.

Case 2:
A user wants to know if there are new versions of their plugins available, and wants to easily update them all at once.

We re-tested the reported behavior and confirmed it is resolved in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.49.
