This PR extends the SDK’s Git utilities to support two client needs: cloning directly into a provided directory (without auto-appending owner/repo) and optionally configuring Git credential helper to reference a token via an environment variable instead of writing the token into .git/config.

Changes:

• Added excludeRepoSubfolder to allow cloning into cloneDir directly.
• Added credentialHelperEnvVar to optionally reference credentials via an env var in credential.helper.
• Bumped package version from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0.
