Closing — the snapshots were generated against a local runtime build, not the published 1.0.15-1 package. The postToolUse hook regression is real in the bundled runtime. |

The runtime update in #917 changed the model response format (tool calls now split across separate assistant messages). The existing postToolUse hook test snapshots didn't match, causing those tests to fail. This regenerates the snapshots and removes duplicates.
