[deep-report] Docs: explain what a .lock.yml lock file is in Quick Start Step 2 #40339

Description

@github-actions

Description

Quick Start Step 2 (docs/src/content/docs/setup/quick-start.mdx) says the wizard generates a .lock.yml file that "you don't need to edit" and links to "Lock File", but never explains what a lock file is or why it exists. A new user may worry they accidentally broke something.

Fix

Add a one-line plain-English explanation inline, e.g. "The .lock.yml is the compiled GitHub Actions workflow generated from your markdown — it is what actually runs, and it is regenerated automatically, so you never edit it by hand."

Expected Impact

Removes a conceptual speed bump at the first compile step; improves comprehension for first-time users.
