37 of the last 500 issues are unlabeled, and the queue is dominated by ~41 machine-generated [pr-sous-chef] Run report — N nudged, M skipped issues (weekly issues data; also flagged by the Auto-Triage report #43791, which recommended filtering automation-generated operational issues out of the unlabeled queue). These operational status issues do not fit the standard taxonomy and add noise to triage.
