Six agentic CLI/MCP tool versions bumped in pkg/constants/version_constants.go. make recompile succeeded (256/256 workflows, 0 errors, 207 warnings); 252 .lock.yml files regenerated.

Note: the 2026-07-10 bump landed on a branch but did not merge to main, so main was still at the prior baseline. This run re-applies those bumps and advances Claude/Copilot to newer patches published since.
