### `GH_HOST`

An environment variable recognized by the `gh` CLI that specifies the GitHub hostname for GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) or GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) deployments. When set, `gh` commands target the specified enterprise instance instead of `github.com`.
