Bumps the pinned default versions of the AWF firewall and MCP Gateway to their latest releases.

DefaultFirewallVersion: v0.27.42 → v0.27.43
DefaultMCPGatewayVersion: v0.4.6 → v0.4.7

Follow-on

Updated AWFAPIProxyProvidersMinVersion comment: v0.27.43 ships apiProxy.providers in awf-config-schema.json, so the previous note that it was gated on a future release is now stale.
Regenerated all 266 .lock.yml files via double make recompile (required to resolve updated container SHA pins).

Fixed in commit 971b2b7 — v0.27.43 and v0.4.7 digest pins were added to .github/aw/actions-lock.json and both embedded action_pins.json copies. All .lock.yml files were regenerated via double make recompile and now carry pinned image references. This thread is outdated as the file has since been updated.
