[SSH Server] Allow Users to Customize Title When Adding SSH Keys

When users add an SSH key, they should have the option to specify a custom title. This would make it easier to manage multiple keys by providing a clear label for each. The title should be optional and displayed next to the key in the user’s SSH key management section.
