[Website Bug]: Empty Change File List for New Repo

I pushed a new repository (1 commit) to gitmono.org (https://git.gitmono.org/project/auth-push.git) with libra.
It succeeded and a Merge Request was opened, but the Change File List is empty.

It should be 2 files (a.txt & b.txt) there.

However, if I push to an existing repository, everything seems okay.
