I retested this on current master (662ad5b) using the exact lib.json attached to this issue. Running node dist/index.js -l typescript lib.json (and I also tried 11 other target languages) completes successfully with exit code 0 and produces valid generated code — no more "Internal error: Type creator didn't return its forwarding ref." The 'forwarding ref' internal error string doesn't even exist in the source anymore, and this looks to have been fixed by the TypeRef cycle work in #713. This fix will be part of the next release; if you can still reproduce the crash on a current build, please reopen or comment with details and we'll take another look.
