Remote includes via Git

When we have a lot of include files for bigger projects it tends to pollute the repository. Now that i see we have a PR for optional includes it might be nice to add a remote option as well

Example

version: "3"
    includes:
        dev:  
            file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/go-task/task/master/testdata/summary/Taskfile.yml
            optional: true|false

Hi @DanyHenriquez,

That was discussed before and I decided against it given the complexity it would bring to the codebase.

For now, you can copy the files you want to include to your repository.

I am now using git submodules and includes. It is a little messy, but does the job.
