Separate Redis store

First of all, our sincere thanks to you to experiment with various data stores. We took the liberty of separating the redis store from this project. It seem to be mature and works in Ruby 3. I would like to see what would be the best way forward to it continue. With your permission, we can detach it from this project and start managing it. Also, I would like to add a link in the README to the redis store, if you are all OK, I can submit a PR.

Out of curiosity, what are you using the Redis store for?
What problem are you solving with it?

Collecting metrics on multiple resque jobs to pass on prometheus gateway to be scraped.

Main problem with resque is that the jobs are forked from the main process and so we need somewhere to store the metrics until it can be scraped. Otherwise, it gets overwritten by the newly forked job.
