docs: add missing container memory metrics

Background

I found that some container_memory_xxx metrics defined in metrics/prometheus.go were missing from the documentation.

Changes

• Add the following metrics to the documentation:
  • container_memory_kernel_usage
  • container_memory_total_active_file_bytes
  • container_memory_total_inactive_file_bytes
