No JWT documentation

I see that for doing service account authentication, JWT tokens are needed. However, the documentation doesn't mention anything about how to use the JWT API.

Great. An example is helpful. It's not the same as documentation, however. An API reference would be very useful.

I suspect the docs are missing because there is not really much into it... You generate your application ID and a certificate, get the scopes needed, put that into the JWT constructor and you are good to go. It's quite similar to standard OAuth except there is no user consent involved.

I'm not having any issues; the example gives me all I need. However, it was not clear from the documentation for this module that JWT was even present in the API nor how it could be used. I opened this bug so that the documentation could be augmented; even if it referenced the example, that would be helpful for newcomers like myself.

Oh, and you can generate API docs by running npm run generate-docs and then opening docs/index.html. Hope that helps with the API description.

There's also #245 still open, but not much work has been put into that so far...

Hmm, you are right, there is no mention as to what authentication mechanisms are supported. I'll try to send a PR to update the README (if no one else beats me to it).

I also noticed that there is still mention that this library is in Alpha but I believe we are past that era.
