Integration tests refactor

1. We don't run browser tests anymore.
2. Test application does not consume the pre-packed gax tarball.
3. Test application actually throws several exceptions that are ignored.
4. Test application has ancient dependencies.
5. Browser tests depend on a part of the test application.

I'm going to take care of all this :)
