Distribution automation: blog-to-X publishing pipeline

Goal

Create a lightweight workflow that takes each blog post and generates a publish-ready X thread + promo assets.

Deliverables

• Tweet/thread template library by post type
• Auto-generated variants (technical, founder voice, short hook)
• UTM tracking conventions
• Optional scheduler integration strategy

Acceptance criteria

• For any new blog URL, system outputs at least 3 post variants + hashtag set
• Process documented in marketing/distribution-workflow.md
