This commit splits formatting, building and testing into separate CI jobs. This would allow seeing issues more easily, making results more clear.
This commit implements CI workflow run cancellation, if newer commit appears in the same PR.
Removed windows/osx building & testing from CI. The lean client is not production ready, so no need to test these now.
