This was a bug I introduced - in PR#1 in this dir I extended the MT238690 (K) model by 9nt on the 5' end, but neglected to add the 9nt to the seq in the muv.fa file, or update the model length in the minfo file. This PR fixes those problems.
This only causes a problem if you use the -s option, which is why I didn't catch it earlier.
