IDP won't patch binaries greater than 4294967295 bytes

Last time I checked the biggest binary I had to deal with was 61Mbytes large.
This is not a hot issue at the moment, and it's easily fixable.

IDA 9 supports binaries this big, so adding support for it warranted supporting this case.
