Use getRealPath function instead of getPath

I had troubles with symbolic link in Linux. I think change from getPath to getRealPath could fix it.

I am also having issues with remote files also. running project from lan server with smb files.
Except index file atom search all other files locally.
Anything in config like "PathMaps", will solve this without a local files setup?
