feat: some minor changes to timelapse create frontend

• Stream is disposed when lapse ends
• Now through setting button you can change the captured screen

Hey @ascpixi ! I want to also add a time display to lapse recordings. I think it would make laspe's more meaningful and make pauses clearer. What do you think?

Ooh, good idea! We need to style it in a way that would look good, though. I'm guessing the best way to go around this is a floating clock in the bottom right corner, rounded, similar to the styling of the time display on /timelapse/create.

If we put it on bottom it will be under the video controls and won't be much visible. So.., maybe top right corner?
