Charts[Explorer] Hedera explorer chart is broken

I discovered that we have been storing a copy of hedera-explorer instead of the public released version.

Currently hedera-explorer pod is crashing since this change was not brought automatically.

I am not sure when hedera-explorer team will make another release, hence we need to store those changes as dependency in our charts directory.
