This PR adds the possibility to do nothing on specific input actions. I had to restructure how the input page is filled and handled in order to allow the new "None" function to be on top of all others. This opens the possibility to re-order the options and maybe regroup them in the future without impacting what a user has set in a previous version.
Quickly tested it in the emulator and it seems to be working as expected.
Closes #442
