Bump serialx to 1.7.1

Bump serialx from 1.7.0 to 1.7.1. This incorporates the following releases:

• https://github.com/puddly/serialx/releases/tag/v1.7.1

This fixes a logged warning when HA is run with a slightly older kernel version.
