[HUMAN App] Operator "role" can't be selected

Describe the bug

Can't select a role when adding/editing "role" KV key for operator.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Operator sign up" page on HUMAN App
2. Skip "Stake" page and go to "KV Store" values adding/editing
3. Attempt to change "role" field
4. Clicking on any role in select has no action

Expected behavior
Clicking on any role updates the input with selected value
