[Dashboard] Approve transaction does not transfer funds

Description
Approval transaction appears to be transferring some funds in the transaction table. We should modify it to show that they are approved transactions and are not transferring anything.

Motivation
Improve transactions table readability and usability

Implementation details

1. Update Amount column header hint with This column reflects transacted and approved amounts
2. Add a new hint in Approve transactions amount column saying Approved amount (not a transfer)
