T3 Code currently adds its own developer instructions to Codex turns and mounts the built-in MCP server for provider sessions.
This removes the Codex
developer_instructionsoverride and stops mounting the T3 MCP route. Codex still gets the selected model, effort, and interaction mode, while providers no longer receive thet3-codebrowser tools. No tests added.
