As you can see from the new README instructions, the new functions I've added allow the example table to be created with fewer statements which are also simpler.

I've accidentally added 2 extra commits which can be made in a separate pull request after this one has been merged. I will remove them now. |

@iNamik When you've merged this pull request I will make a new pull request consisting of 2 more commits: one will remove the need for there to be a TableFormatter interface and the other commit, which requires the first, will allow the default cell data alignment for a table to be changed in the SimpleTableFormatter's constructor. |
