Infra to Track Server and Database Configuration Changes

Need to capture any server-level changes like max memory, ad hoc distributed queries, clr enabled, database mail, remote access, xp_cmdshell.

Server/Database Config changes are captured successfully in table dbo.alert_history.
Now, An inventory powershell job is required to fetch alert history from each server into table dbo.alert_history_all_servers.
