Afaics there are two implementations of the "Add to album" actions. I will outline the plan for each before jumping into work.

1. Single Photo View

when clicking "Add to Album" we already include the shared albums in the list (screenshot from demo instance). In that case, I'd just remove the "Add to shared album" button and keep the design the same with search + recent and all albums section. Making sure that the shared albums show consistently.

2. Multi-select photo (used in multiple location)

I will remove the popover with the two options and instead have the plus icon trigger the "Add to album" modal directly.

Let me know if I missed something or you have other ideas.
