Send meter readings to dom.gosuslugi.ru
Copy .env.sample to .env and fill in required data.
Run:
npx ts-node gosuslugi-puppeteer.js
Recording of the whole process will be saved to ./temp/report.mp4, so you can
check if submission was correct.
