Preview-to-flow workflow #1411
Description
It would be nice if there were a lower-friction way to preview a branch. I'm envisioning an interface that lives at
/course/IDENTIFIER/update/branch/BRANCHNAME
which offers "Preview" and "Fetch & preview" buttons. Additionally, there should be a "go directly to modified flow" checkbox (checked by default) that, upon preview, finds the flows modified by the branch (compared to the currently-live revision). If there are multiple, offer a menu. If there is one, jump straight to it.
