Improve correct answer display in `MultipleChoiceQuestions`

For MultipleChoiceQuestions, the correct answer should show all choices, in the order in which they're shown to the user, along with whether they're true or false. True-false info can be shown via checkbox symbols drawn from Boostrap Icons.
