Accidentally forgot to include Greater Richmond #2 Day 2 in yesterday's update. This now includes that event.

Canadian Rockies was removed since this event was cancelled back in November.

A few minor formatting errors were fixed, there was extra data showing up in some unused columns.

THIRD TRY: Added Week 3 (excluding Israel 3)

This version has all week 3 event data added excluding Israel 3.

Canadian Rockies apparently was cancelled in November, but it is still being reported as an event on FRC Events. I'm going to keep it listed in my database even though it never occurred since the FRC API is still reporting it.

Greater DC Event 1 Day 1 is now being reported on FRC Events, but the data are still pretty messed up. Hoping that this will be resolved on FIRST's end by next week.

Third try, not really understanding why the master branch is being used instead of most_recent_release
