Bumps Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Testing, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk, coverlet.collector, Asp.Versioning.Mvc(.ApiExplorer), Microsoft.AspNetCore.Authentication.JwtBearer, Microsoft.Identity.Web, Swashbuckle.AspNetCore, Intility.Authorization.Azure.GuestPolicies, Azure.Identity, Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting, and Microsoft.Identity.Abstractions to latest patch/minor versions.
