Update "my-first-app" starter template to new Capacitor version

**Description:**
Via this [related issue](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-cli/issues/4287), the "my-first-app" starter template is using the old Ionic 4 version. It should be updated to the Capacitor version:
