Some handleAddProvider eventlogs have no key #3186
Description
I ran :ipfs log tail | jq '.event = "handleAddProvider" | .key' to get a log of 'all provider messages my node receives', and it works well enough, but i see a bunch of entries that are null, looking at the json logs i notice that a bunch of the log entries don't have a "key" field. Not sure why this happens, but i'm pretty certain its a bug.
