Cleaning up multiformats and libp2p move mess #3237
Description
go-libp2p and many from multiformats libraries were moved into new organizations.
We started updating imports to them but it is far from done.
Unfortunately it is causing now major issue while trying to code new things in out dependencies as the imports do not match failing the builds.
We should find a way to resolve it as quickly as possible and to find a way to find all deprecated dependencies.
