allow Ticket objects to carry attributes derived from catalog query

We would like to:

• enable create_time and modify_time as valid columns (these were disabled per iquest: Retrieving creation time and modify time of tickets fails irods#5929, and that issue as been fixed since iRODS release 4.3.0)
• allow those and other attributes like id, string, user_id, etc, to be imported by Ticket objects at initialization, from the TicketQuery.Ticket query results.
