I get the following error with Chartlist not defined

ReferenceError: Chartist is not at updateChart (http://localhost:9000/bower_components/angular-chartist/angular-chartist.js:18:21)

Just so you know I am using an old version of AngularJS 1.2.16, is that the case that this plug in is not working?
