Remove Disqus comments integration#70

Delete components/Disqus.tsx, remove disqusShortname from lib/site.ts, drop the comments field from the Post type and buildPost in lib/posts.ts, remove the Disqus import and render call from the blog post page, and strip the now-dead `comments:` frontmatter key from all 23 posts.
