ปลั๊กอิน ตัวนี้ สามารถให้ฝั่ง Creative หรือ ผู้ดูแล Server ต่างๆ สามารถสร้าง เผ่า และคุณล กษณะเฉพาะของเผ่าได้ โดย ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ Command แต่จะใช้ GUI แทน
